About Dr. Tony Emadzadeh

Dr. Tony Emadzadeh earned his Bachelor of Science with a double major in Public Health and Psychology from Rutgers University in 2014 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Kean University in 2019. Dr. Emadzadeh has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including multiple outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine clinics, outpatient hospital-based pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities-which included post-surgical care, long-term care units, assisted and independent living facilities-and the inpatient psychiatric unit. He has experience working with patients with pre- and post-operative conditions, sports-related orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions such as post-stroke and traumatic brain injuries. During his studies at Kean University, Dr. Emadzadeh created a patient outcomes project specializing in low back pain, which showed promising and favorable results for decreasing pain and improving function. He developed a passion for treating the spine and post-surgical patients to help each individual return to their highest achievable functional level. Dr. Emadzadeh strives to create a warm and compassionate environment during treatment, utilizing his knowledge, experience, dedication, and open communication to provide the highest level of personal and individualized care.
