I grew up doing gymnastics and exercising regularly, and yet, I was not aware of my muscle weakness in this area (hip). About Dr. Trinity Grasso

Trinity Grasso graduated from Stony Brook University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in health science and then again in 2021 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. At SBU, she was a lead personal trainer and a spin instructor at the Campus Recreation Center. Board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2023, Trinity is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
