About Dr. Trudy Roth

Trudy Roth graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in allied health from the University of Connecticut. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College. While completing her graduate work, she was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society. As a student athlete and avid movement enthusiast, Trudy’s passion for physical therapy is unsurprising. While recovering from a major injury in college, Trudy experienced physical therapy as a patient and discovered how beneficial it could be. Her passion for the field was ignited. Trudy’s innate desire to heal, combined with her love for movement, made the pursuit of a physical therapy career a natural fit. Trudy has worked with a variety of patient populations, including oncological, post-surgical, trauma, orthopedic and pelvic floor patients. She enjoys treating orthopedic conditions, but also has a special interest in women’s health physical therapy. Trudy is currently completing a pelvic health residency through Ivy Rehab. Her goal is to earn her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification.
