Ben is an experienced therapist with a decade of helping adults and teens manage stress, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and acute trauma. He holds a Master’s in Art Therapy Counseling from The College of New Rochelle. Ben takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside his clients to help them feel understood and empowered. He focuses on helping people break free from negative thought patterns and self-sabotage, so they can make meaningful changes and move forward in life.
With extensive experience in diverse settings such as schools, behavioral health programs, and trauma-focused care, Ben is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their mental health concerns. His warm and approachable style fosters trust, enabling clients to rebuild their self-confidence as they work through challenges.
Outside of therapy, Ben is a creative at heart. He channels his artistic talents into original works, using art to inspire thought and dialogue. When not in session, he enjoys cruising, being in nature, and playing board games. A strong believer in giving back, Ben volunteers monthly and values staying connected with his community. Most of all, he treasures time with family and friends, finding joy and renewal in those meaningful connections.
