Dr. Vance Wernert, DPT, OCS, CSCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Franklin Square facility. “I am looking forward to making great care easily accessible in the Franklin Square and Floral Park areas,” said Vance. “I grew up on Long Island and am excited to give back to my community, using my expertise to help my patients enjoy their lives and all the great activities and opportunities our community offers.” Vance graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY. Vance became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) in 2019, allowing him to create individualized treatments to get you back to the sports you love. He strives to provide a total body approach to fitness and rehabilitative care. His experience ranges from treating total joint replacement to sports-related injuries and chronic spinal conditions. He utilizes research-based treatment techniques, providing each patient with a unique care plan. Vance has spent his entire career working in outpatient orthopedic settings all over Long Island. Vance enjoys spending free time with family and, when able, going fishing.
