Victoria is an excellent therapist. She is highly knowledgeable about DBT and because of my work with her I now use DBT skills every day. Victoria is a trauma-informed therapist and I have made so much progress in reducing PTSD symptoms. She also brings a sense of humor to the therapy which I value.

I didn't know what to expect, but Victoria helped me to feel at ease. She explained what her role is & what to expect during our sessions. Victoria does an amazing job of making sure the space is comfortable for me to share, ask questions, & solve problem. I appreciate suggestions Victoria has for me as well as resources.

Victoria strikes that perfect balance between being a great listener and 1.) asking questions, 2)providing context, 3)making suggestions, etc. Victoria is very personable, welcoming, and just a plain nice person. I look forward to my time with her. Our time together provides me with a time to reset my thinking, reframe negative thoughts and refocus on what is important.
