What should a new client know about working with you?

I don’t approach therapy as a place where you come to get all the answers or quick fixes. I’m not here to “solve” you. Instead, I want to really get to know you—who you are beneath the surface—and build a connection that feels honest, raw, and real. I don’t expect you to have everything figured out, and I won’t pretend to either. What I do expect is a shared commitment to the process. Therapy is collaborative, and I believe it works best when we both show up fully. I’ll always bring my authentic self into the room, and I hope you feel safe enough to do the same.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is more experiential and relational than structured or clinical. In the first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you in. From there, we’ll slowly begin exploring the parts of your experience that feel most present or pressing. That can shift over time, and we’ll revisit things as they come up—therapy isn’t linear. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and grounded, not rushed or pushed into anything you’re not ready for. We go at your pace, together.
