Dr. Vihang Dave has obtained a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an APTA approved program and completed his DPT program from Dominican College in New York. He is licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of New York and Maryland. He has been working in this profession for over ten years in New York city. He is well versed in different physical therapy protocols, modalities, and treatments pertaining to his clients. He has worked in various settings: as a home care physical therapist, geriatric physical therapist, and in an orthopedic rehabilitation center. He holds certifications in MCMT (Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy), LSVT-BIG (for Parkinson’s patients), Kinesio-Taping, and CPR. He is currently doing his APTA-approved residency in clinical Electrophysiology and Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He believes that an accurate diagnosis is crucial for the accurate treatment of the body part. Hence, he strives to work alongside his patient, encompassing their goals, and providing his skilled services to achieve them. His jovial nature makes it even more fun for patients to be more involved in their care. In his free time, he likes to read, watch soccer, travel, camping, and trekking.
