My approach My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. I am trained in various techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My focus I utilize scientifically supported modalities to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. I am also a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I have extensive experience working with military veterans and their families and am honored to care for those who have bravely served our country. My communication style Everyone wants to be heard. One of our deepest desires is for others to acknowledge our feelings-to understand our suffering, notice our anxieties, and validate our sadness. While we don't expect others to agree with all our emotions, we crave recognition and validation. Many of my patients express gratitude by saying, “Thank you, I feel heard.” In our work together, you can expect a focus on practical, actionable solutions that empower you to understand and transform your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is designed to help you build resilience, foster self-awareness, and enhance your overall quality of life. I am committed to offering a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and supported. Together, we'll explore your experiences and identify your strengths.
