About Dr. Waqar Muhammad
Since childhood, Waqar has always been interested in how the body works and the ways an individual can heal through the touch of skilled hands. He pursued his passion by earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Disability Studies from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He then achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Touro University in Bayshore, NY. Over the past three years as a DPT, Waqar has gained valuable academic knowledge as well as clinical experience, which he feels compelled to give back in some way. He goes above and beyond in providing the best individualized plan of care for his patients. Waqar has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2011 and continues to pursue further education in the field of Physical Therapy.

I didn't see a doctor. There was a woman who helped me with the therapy, and she was nice; she gave me some exercise tips. She was nice to me. All I dislike about the unclean office also they gave me the dress to wear which I denied because it smelled. Overall they need to clean their officefirst. The front desk was friendly too. I'm not going again.

Dr. Waqar Muhammad is truly one of a kind. He is friendly, polite, good sense of humor, great bedside manner but most importantly, Knowledgeable and extremely competent at what he does. All of your questions are answered and what truly stood out to me is the fact that your session and time do not feel rushed. You are cared for!
I would highly recommend Him. And for a fairly new patient, (invasive foot surgery, 2 weeks in with Dr. Waqar so far), I can say, I can feel the difference and know that I am finally on the road to recovery. Physical Therapy is not easy but with the right therapist in your corner, your healing is within reach.
My Angels sure did guide me to Angel Touch Physical Therapy and I am grateful for the treatment I get to benefit from so far. A Heartfelt Thank You!

Angel Touch Physical Therapy is a part of my recovery after having my neck surgery 2 years ago. Dr. Waquar is very professional, caring, and skillful at what he does. Angel Touch is an excellent place for all your physical therapy needs! I would recommend this place to everyone.
