About Dr. Warda Javaid
After graduating from The University of Health Sciences, known as one of the top Physical Therapy universities in Lahore, Pakistan, in 2006, Dr. Warda Javaid, PT, DPT, earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She also received the “Best Graduate Certificate” for her academic excellence. Dr. Warda served as a clinical instructor and lecturer for Physical Therapy students at her alma mater. Additionally, she was the coordinating instructor at Fatima Memorial Hospital in Lahore, where she provided physical therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients. She was soon promoted to supervisor physical therapist at Fatima Memorial Hospital. With over fifteen years of hands-on experience, Dr. Warda treats a broad range of acute and chronic body aches and pains with attentive service and individualized care.
After moving to the USA and receiving her Physical Therapy license, she has been serving New York as a physical therapist for almost 12 years and Long Island since 2013. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican University in 2016.
Dr. Warda has also completed certifications in Kinesiotaping Techniques (CKTS) and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She has refined her clinical skills through numerous manual therapy courses, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue techniques, various manipulation techniques, and the McKenzie method. She is experienced in cupping therapy, mobilization, manual therapy techniques, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Her extensive experience includes treating acute and chronic joint pain, headaches, various types of arthritis, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, fracture cases (both pediatric and adult), connective tissue diseases, women’s pelvic floor problems, sports injuries, facial palsy, neurological conditions such as Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, myopathies, as well as no-fault and worker compensation cases.

I highly appreciated the staff as they were very professional. The atmosphere of the office was very pleseant. Very neat & clean. They abided perfectly according to the covid rules. The services given helped relieve my pain. The physical therapist did wonders on my back. She was very friendly and listened patiently to my problems. (pain)

My visit was exceptional. Professionl staff very caring as well. I was given treatment plan and it was satisfying. It will slow rehab process but it will definatly help to gain my mobility and strength.
