I’m here to help guide you through your life circumstances, whether it be relationships, feelings of anxiety, depression, and grief, search for meaning, adjusting to change & transitions, navigating multicultural issues & identities, and everything that is important to you in this life.
I believe we all have an innate desire to heal and transform – and once supported, we become unstoppable and tremendous growth happens.
My work as a therapist is informed by my multicultural background and experience of immigration, working through anxiety, grief, depression, and my own desire to heal and transform.
I work with an emphasis on building a supportive relationship between therapist and client, honoring multiple dimensions of your identity, mapping out the trajectory of your life path, and attending to the growth and healing that is being called for at this time in your life.
My orientation is in Gestalt, Existential and Relational therapy and is informed by my experience with movement practices, expressive arts, personal rituals, and being in connection with nature. I offer video and phone sessions, and nature-accompanied sessions (tele- or in-person).
May you begin to feel more choice, freedom, and meaning in your life.
