What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults facing challenges with stress management, overthinking, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. People often reach out to me when they’re struggling to navigate life transitions, work or school-related stress, establishing boundaries, or are seeking support to shift patterns that no longer serve them. I typically work with young adults, millennials, elders, tech and non-profit professionals, HR professionals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as caregivers.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore all parts of yourself. My goal is to work with you in collaboration so that you may feel empowered to develop coping strategies, foster self-awareness, and cultivate lasting change in a way that honors your unique experiences and personal growth. I’m no different from the clients I work with. I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. Therapy offered me a safe space and provided me with tools that have greatly improved my life. I’ve carried that into my work and I am committed to guiding clients to where things feel manageable and joyful again.
