“I suffer from neck spasms that cause extreme pain in my neck and shoulders. I called to see if there were any last minute appointments available, and was told to come right in! Rubin did a fabulous job getting out as much tension he could. I explained exactly where my pain was and he helped me choose the best massage for my symptoms and was a miracle-worker! I can't thank Rubin enough! He was extremely thorough while still making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Best massage i've had! I'll be back :)”

Xianlong Wang is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. Before opening UES of New York in 2018, he graduated from the Swedish Institute and worked in spas and wellness centers throughout NYC. He also has extensive knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His massage is intuitive, yet rooted in a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. His sessions are unique and tailored to each client's needs to facilitate the body's innate ability to heal itself. Many different techniques find their way into his sessions, including Swedish, Trigger Point, Reflexology, myofascial release, and deep tissue.

Wonderful massage Therapy. Ruben, an expert in both Chinese and Swedish massage. This is not for the faint of heart, but for those who want effective relief from cramped, tired and stressed muscle pain. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend the acupressure massage and Ruben. The place is clean, staff is great and you feel very relaxed. Ruben is trained very well and knows all the points to relieve stress and pain.

Incredibly effective deep massage treatment. Highly recommended ! Nice new office , clean and pleasant. I’ve been seeing Ruben and Nicole at their different locations for over 5 years for repetitive stress injuries . Happy they have this new place. No one better.
