About Zach Bobchak
My journey for massage began when I had tore multiple muscles throughout the right side of my neck and shoulder area. I would see a LMT once a week for about a year and a half, which helped my healing process tremendously. Within that year and a half I tore other muscles throughout my left torso, shoulder, and back, including breaking a rib. Massage Therapy on a regular basis helped me feel comfortable in my own body again. This led me to pursue massage school. There I learned how to help release myofascia tension as well as stimulating or relaxing the nervous system, so I could help others who were in my same painful position.
