His journey began as a runner, where he faced his own injuries from high school through graduate school. These experiences ignited his drive to guide others through their recovery. A graduate of the University of Maryland’s PTRS program and an orthopedic residency mentor at Drayer, Dr. Kaminski brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his practice, enhanced by his certification in dry needling. Since 2016, Dr. Kaminski has specialized in treating runners, triathletes, cyclists, and soccer players, offering injury screenings and tailored care to athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. His role as part of the medical team for the Maryland Cycling Classic, the largest international road cycling race in the U.S., underscores his dedication to high-level sports rehabilitation. As an accomplished athlete, Dr. Kaminski represented Team USA as a World Championship triathlete from 2018 to 2022. His personal resilience and competitive spirit shine through in his work, empowering his patients to recover stronger, achieve their goals, and excel in their sports.
