Ze Liao is a dedicated physical therapist based in Brooklyn, NY. He currently works with Solar Health Physical Therapy and Acupuncture. Dr. Liao obtained his doctoral degree from Long Island University. In the meantime, Dr. Liao was also trained in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), functional manual therapy, and CoreFirst strategies. Knowledgeable therapist. Explained things with detail while making it easy to understand and without the sense of trying to rush through the session. Great bedside manners. Looking forward to the next visits. No wait time and the front desk staff were really nice and friendly.

Dr. Ze Liao is a good listener and answered any questions I have. He seems to be very knowledgeable and I felt safe sharing any of the concerns and worries I have. I will be seeing him again for physical therapy.
The office is just okay, unfortunately it was a long wait to see the PT. Office staff seems a little out of it. Waited an hour to be seen.

Dr. Liao was really great, addressed my issues, thoroughly examined my joints etc. and provided relevant exercises and tips on how to improve/alleviate pain. Nice office too. The only confusion was regarding the insurance coverage. They needed to verify the copay amount with my insurance company the next day (as my appt was on Sunday). This meant I had to pay the full cost upfront. After they checked with insurance company they called on Monday to confirm I will be refunded for the balance. I'm waiting for the refund (I paid via PayPal) at the moment.
I would recommend the PT, but suggest you check with the office how the payment will be processed. They take cash, a check, or paypal.

Recently, I had a super painful shoulder and neck problem. Tried different things and different doctors. Did not work. Ze fixed it in one visit with follow-up exercises that literally removed the pain in a couple of weeks.
