I was impressed with him overall. This was the second podiatrist I've seen in the last year for the same issue; wasn't particularly impressed with the first, which is why I sought out the second. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and optimistic about the prospect for improvement, all of which were significant improvements over my previous experience (at another foot center).
There are times when you have to be leery of great reviews, but the reviews that were given to Dr. Dollard was spot on. His staff was professional and his bedside manner was on point. I am so glad I found him. Will most definitely be going back and also will refer him to friends.
I was in search of a new Primary care doctor and Dr. Noori and his staff exceeded my expectations. He reviewed all of my current conditions/medications and did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable as most doctors in the area do. He also did not make me wait a second after nurse took my vitals and bp. Usually I twiddle my thumbs until the dr finally comes but Dr. Noori knocked and came in right away. I felt at ease during the visit, as if we’ve already known each other for a while, and I will definitely become a lifelong patient! He also specializes in a lot of skin care measures so it is great to know that I have an all-in-one doctor! Location is great, parking wasn’t an issue, and waiting time was next to zero considering I was a new patient yet we were able to get my insurance info in promptly and be seen right on time! I actually switched doctors because my former one would make me wait practically an hour even with an appointment, but his office was very convenient and Dr. Noori is very friendly, patient, and experienced. He also has great advice! Look forward to establishing a lifelong relationship. Thanks!

The staff, especially the receptionists, are friendly and caring. The dr himself was OK. He had several students with him and during the examination, I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the student since he barely made eye contact with me. Found that a bit rude. Other than that, he does seem very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I’m not sold on this. I needed some labwork to confirm the extent of my diagnosis, and his staff technician wasted a week just to get prior authorisation for it. I ended up having to go to the lab, retrieve my records, and ask the lab to get the authorisation. They’re understaffed and take forever to do things. I proceeded with the remainder of the process with a different provider who goes faster.
