Doctors are good, but the staff there is extremely unhelpful. My prescription that I had been taking for 5 years suddenly required doctor authorization (which requires the doctor to make ONE phone call), and it's now taking over a week to get the problem sorted out. When I finally got a staff member to pick up the phone, after days of trying email and Klara, that person just took my request and threw it out, evidently. Then the next day they tell me they had called the insurance company "but they didn't get back to [them] yet." Sooo they just stopped trying apparently. I had to call the insurance company myself and get all the information then relay it to them. The problem is still not resolved as of now. I'm getting a new doctor immediately because I've never felt so helpless with my own medical information. …read more

Doc Rybstein and his team were excellent today. Smooth check-in and everyone he had working for him were excellent. I had a routine check-up and blood work along with an echocardiogram, ekg etc. I have a follow up in a month and plan on going back every mo until i reach my ideal weight, my blood pressure is down and other levels.
