Meet Dr. Abdul Mohamed
Dr. Abdul brings a wealth of international experience and a compassionate approach to every patient he treats. After earning his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from Egypt, Dr. Abdul continued his education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and he excelled academically and was selected as a CAD/CAM Senior Select student for his excellence in digital dentistry. Dr. Abdul has also served as a teaching assistant at VCU, mentoring international and preclinical dental students. His dedication to excellence and education was recognized through the Dr. Michael V. Dishman Scholarship Endowment for academic achievement and professional leadership. He also participated in community outreach programs such as the Mission of Mercy (MOM) Project, providing free dental care to underserved populations in Virginia.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Abdul is passionate about combining advanced dental technology with a gentle, patient-centered approach. He believes that every patient deserves personalized care, clear communication, and a comfortable experience. His interests include digital dentistry, smile design, cosmetic restorations, and minimally invasive treatment techniques. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys basketball and spending time with his wife, who is a sculptor.

Dr. Abdul was truly exceptional. The office as a whole was great to experience. Dr. Abdul and his assistants were very kind and comforting. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His attention to detail is unmatched and you can truly see his passion for dentistry.

The experience was great overall. The staff was kind and professional. The environment was inviting and relaxing, and I really enjoyed the music they had playing during my visit—it genuinely helped remove my anxiety. I even scheduled a follow-up visit at check-out.
