About Dr. Adam Roberts

Dr. Adam Roberts grew up in Spokane, WA and lived there for most of his early life. He received his undergraduate degree from Whitworth University in Washington before moving to Annapolis, Maryland with his wife to begin working as a high school Spanish teacher. Dr. Roberts was quickly recruited away from teaching into financial advising. After working for eight years as a Financial Advisor, Dr. Roberts was in search of change as he wanted to find a profession he would be skilled at and would truly enjoy. This pursuit led him to the dental field, which he has found to be the most fulfilling profession imaginable for him.Dr. Roberts entered dental school at the University of Maryland while joining the US Navy. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2016 followed by 4 years of service as a Navy Dentist. Dr. Roberts' work as a Navy Dentist led him to move to Wilmington in 2017 and ultimately join the Riccobene Family in 2020. He also worked in 2020 to obtain his American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) certification through completion of a 10-month Maxi Implant course. ‍Dr. Roberts loves spending time with his wife and 4 children. They enjoy time outdoors on the water, playing football, watching the Seahawks, and traveling. Dr. Roberts cares deeply about his community and about the profession of dentistry. He wants to have a positive impact on the lives of each patient he sees and has loved the dental field for allowing to do that. Dr. Roberts looks forward to continuing serving the great Wilmington community!
