“The exam was very quick yet, as far as I know, thorough. However, I wasn’t able to get scheduled for a cleaning for 3+ months. Luckily everything looked good! If you need a cleaning and exam at the same time, just be sure to call ahead! I scheduled online through a 3rd party app so that’s on me. Friendly staff with great communication.”

The experience was OK. I went because I have TMJ really bad but she was unable to help me. She did however suggest new dentures . I was shocked at the price but I have no insurance so I had to pay for the x-ray and I had to pay the full amount. I thought they would take three payments to make sure that when the dentures were done I would be satisfied they said, however, they only take full payment. My partner had to pay because I did not have that amount of money in my bank account. I’m just hoping I’m praying that The experience I had many years ago with a dentist in Munhall would not happen again they took the money, but my dentures were bad and they would do nothing to help me make them right. I’m hoping that this will be a very good experience. I just didn’t want to wait four months for my dentures, but that is their policy. If all turns out well I will make sure I give positive review.

They tried to get me to spend a lot of money on a cleaning after the doctor said I was fine and just needed a little cleaning, then the hygenist suggested a deep cleaning and the doctor said "oh yeah you're teeth aren't okay" after she had originally said "your teeth look great - no cavities or other issues!" So this felt very much like they were just trying to make money.

Not really sure if I will go back they was so dumb when it came to my insurance and also I done on line paperwork and the receptionist couldn’t find it so had to wait even longer to be seen so that I could do paperwork which was very aggravating and not very nice on manners or thoughtfulness toward me as I know that I haven’t been able to get new dentures but they really didn’t need to stress about how old they are just really not professional.

Son has appointment. Spoke to office the day before with all of his info including his insurance. I come to the office, fill out paper work and wait to be called back. The dental assistant placed the bib on my son and said she if going to get items for my sons X-rays. Dentist walks in and says “why are you here, did you fall are you here for a check up?”. Clearly didn’t read his forms. My son is 5 and uses sign. He pointed to his mouth. When she realized he couldn’t verbally communicate, she said she “couldn’t be the one” and said “let’s go up front and get you numbers for another dentist”. While she takes off his bib and walks us out. She said it was because of his age. It was horrible discrimination against my son.
