“I’ve always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my experience. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, even when I showed up a little late. They took the time to ask questions about my health history and really made me feel seen and comfortable. When it came to treatment, they walked me through each option, broke down the costs, explained what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and even offered payment plans. I also mentioned jaw pain and clenching, and instead of immediately recommending a mouth guard, they gave me several thoughtful options and explained the pros and cons of each. I have a strong gag reflex and usually dread cleanings, but they were understanding and supportive the entire time. It’s rare to feel this comfortable in a dental office, but I genuinely felt cared for and respected. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.”

“I am soo happy with my visit! From the smooth Zocdoc booking to the painless online forms, every step was seamless. Check-in, X-rays, cleaning, and the exam all flowed like clockwork, hands down the easiest dentist appointment I’ve ever had. My biggest pet-peeve is filling out a stack of paper intake forms after doing online forms. Not here, once I filled out their forms online I was ready to be seen by a technician.
Special shout-out to Erika, the best hygienist I’ve seen in years. She was thorough, gentle, and genuinely kind. Prices are reasonable for NYC, too.

I highly recommend Dr. Amanda Ahmad anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist. Dr Amanda took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions with great patience. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt confident in her diagnosis I left the appointment feeling informed and well taken care of.
The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which added to my comfort. I appreciated the emphasis on patient comfort and the overall friendly atmosphere.

Everything about my visit was such a great experience, from the front desk, to xrays and exam, to the cleaning. Everyone was extremely friendly, answered and addressed all questions/concerns, and just made me feel at ease. 10/10 and will be returning

Went for a cleaning but the doctor did not want to do the cleaning unless it was a deep cleaning, which I did not want to do at the moment. They refuse to do a regular cleaning instead so I left.
I understand their recommendation but find ridiculous the fact that they refuse to provide with a regular cleaning unless I pay them to do a deep one. I find it childish.
Also I was not provided with a reason why.

I had a fantastic experience at Onsite Dental! The receptionists, PA, hygienist Vivian and Dr. Ahmad were incredibly friendly, thorough and transparent. The hygienist took her time to teach and explain what was causing my jaw pain and gum recession and how both can be prevented going forward. The receptionist laid out the co-pay before I underwent any treatment, so I knew exactly what I was getting and how much my insurance covered. I am going back next week to get new sealants and also considering a retainer to prevent teeth grinding at night. Had horrible jaw pain yesterday and was able to schedule an appt in less than 12 hours. Could not recommend this office more highly and looking forward to my next visit!

Solid dentist with a great staff only problem I had I waited 20 minutes for the dentist to look over my teeth that took 2 minutes because she didn’t hear her assistant that I was waiting over the music. Had a little trouble hearing the dentist myself when she asked me some questions. Its not even that loud and its great music but I guess a bit lower so people can hear one another would help. Everyone is so friendly and great work all around!

The front office was clean and modern and receptionist was extremely helpful and engaging. The technology used in a basic annual visit was amazing. All staff - hygienist, tech doing my x-rays and scans, and Dr. Amanda - were nonjudgmental, honest, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. This was not an easy dental appt for me but it was by far my best dental experience in 36 years. 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend - Dr. Ahmad and her team are skilled, knowledgeable and kind. Positive experience overall. I generally dislike going to see dentists because I've had my share of bad dentistry experiences in my life - trust me - but sometimes you need to go to the dentist even if you don't want to. So it was for me this month. This is the third dentist I've tried in the area and she is by far the best. I feel lucky that I found her. Xray process was quickest I've had by far- cleaning was quick and almost painless, even barely felt the needles going into my gums for anesthesia. All in all, highly recommend this practice based on my experience today. The office was very clean and seems new.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmad and the staff at Onsite Dentistry! I needed an exam and a root canal, and they were extremely comforting and communicative throughout the entire procedure. Definitely needed the extra attention - I’m generally super scared at doctors and hospitals, but I felt safe with this team. Thank you for the great service and helping me out with the tooth pain!

Dr. Amad was direct, very clear, and decisive. She instilled great confidence in her skill and knowledge. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I wasn't happy to have been told on the website to arrive 15 min early, and then that I would have to wait because I was early. Though I Did have to wait, the receptionist told me very clearly when to return, and once I was in the chair it was clear to me that I would not be rushed out - I had to have some extensive emergency care and it was done then and there with staff staying obviously into their lunch hour. Both Dr. Amad and staff were reassuring and patient during the whole visit, and costs were explained very VERY clearly prior to procedures being approved - a very big plus in my book. I would suggest anyone to book with confidence. (and might I say - the ultra modern office and treatment space, including massaging rollers in the dentists chairs didn't hurt my experience either!)
