My experience was very disappointing. I booked my appointment for a routine cleaning and expected my insurance to cover it. However, I was asked to pay out of pocket and was told I needed multiple X-rays, even though I only requested a cleaning and a basic check-up. I was charged for these X-rays, which should have been covered. The nurse was very rough while taking the X-rays, and I still have cuts and pain in my mouth after three days. This made me very uncomfortable and unwilling to continue treatment. The doctor I booked was not available at first, and another doctor saw me before she came later. Many procedures were done without clear explanation. I only asked for a cleaning. I was given an expensive treatment plan, and I still have not received my X-rays as requested. I do not recommend this office.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Sage Dental. I’ve been to multiple locations over the years and never have I had an experience so dry and unprofessional. Girls at the desk barely acknowledge you when you walk in the door, just hand you a tablet to fill out information.. I get it, it’s the new way but you’re the front face of the office, at least be inviting instead of looking and acting so miserable. Dental assistant very unfriendly, unpleasant. Barely said to words to me and left me in the chair for the hygienist literally for almost an hour. I contemplates just getting up from the chair and leaving multiple times but decided to stay because I was already there and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of rescheduling. Hygienist, Dentist and Treatment coordinator were more professional and friendly but as a person who takes great care of their mouth, I felt like I was just a number trying to be upsold instead of a patient being cared for. Sage Dental, please do better.
