Dr. Aziz’s career in the dental field spans nearly a decade now, during which he’s met many wonderful people and formed countless lasting friendships as well. He is dedicated to providing skilled dentistry while also maintaining a comfortable and relaxing environment where patients can feel genuinely at ease throughout the treatment process. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Aziz enjoys so many aspects of the dental field, from being able to help others so directly to working with his hands. This work allows him to indulge both his technical and artistic talents, as well as meet so many interesting people. From the moment he started down this career path, he hasn’t looked back once.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Aziz completed his education at the University of Maryland at College Park. He worked as a dental assistant for some time before deciding to enroll at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry to pursue his doctorate, graduating in 2011. Over the years, he has worked in the cities of Bethesda, Columbia, and Frederick. He is passionate about the pursuit of continuing education and regularly attends advanced training for a number of different specialties, including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry in particular – seeing the enthusiasm it brings to his patients is amazing to witness.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Aziz currently lives in Columbia with his lovely wife Sharon, his beautiful daughter Sophia, and their dog Alfi. Whenever he has free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, cooking and tasting new foods, and watching and playing sports. His favorite teams are the Redskins, Orioles, Capitals, and Wizards. He also has a personal dream to own a food truck one day!
