“After breaking a tooth the delightful Office Manager Tanya of Skagit River Dental got me a same day appointment which resulted in a cleaning from the outstanding RDH Jamie and a incredible tooth repair from DR King, while being assisted by the talented assistant Christine. I walked out of Skagit River Dental in perfect (dental) shape with no evidence that any repair had taken place. This level of care and customer service is very rare in this day and age and definitely fostered a feeling of being a member of this Office family!”

About Dr. Annika King

Dr. King grew up in a small unincorporated town in upstate New York, about the size of Bow, Washington. Her parents had a hobby farm with dairy cows and apple orchards. As an eighteen-year-old, Dr. King's goal was to explore the world and move to a big city. When her beloved aunt offered her the chance to live with her in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she jumped at the opportunity. She soon started taking classes at the University of New Mexico and found that dentistry perfectly encompassed her love of art, science, and people. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, she was accepted to the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. In Seattle, she met her husband Robbie, a Washingtonian with a deep love of all things outdoors. Together, Dr. King and her husband decided to move back to the country, away from the big city, to get back to their rural roots. Aside from practicing dentistry, Dr. King enjoys climbing mountains in the North Cascades, gardening, long runs with Tater, her golden retriever, and crocheting with her cat, Max on her lap. Her dental philosophy is to treat each patient like family. Her life philosophy is to accept each challenge like an obstacle course and to let nature inspire you!
