About Dr. Anthony Lere

Tony Lere grew up in Greeley. He attended the University of Colorado’s School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, he completed a postdoctoral residency program for general dentists at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Antonio, TX. While there, he was trained in dental implant placement and restoration, as well as complex restorative techniques such as smile makeovers and full mouth reconstructions. Dr. Lere practiced in San Antonio and Austin for two years before moving back to Colorado. During that time, he pursued many hours of continuing education to stay up to date on the latest techniques and treatments. Dr. Lere’s approach to dentistry is one of education and trust. He feels it is vital to explain treatment before providing it. He will share all findings and provide you with a number of options. He listens carefully and strives to make your experience as comfortable as possible. If there is anything he can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let him know. He is able to offer sedation options for your appointments. Dr. Lere’s primary goal is to inform his patients of issues as soon as they are detectable so that treatment is usually less time-consuming and less costly. Dr. Lere enjoys his profession because he is able to make a lasting difference in someone’s comfort, self-confidence, and their picture-perfect smile! He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society. He has also donated time to 9NEWS health fairs.
