This office made me feel like I was shopping for a used car. They seem to only want to get as much money as they can get with every visit. They start making recommendations about things you are not worried about and even when you say you’re not interested in pursuing their recommendation they still give you an estimate which I find it extremely annoying. They also play the gaslighting card by saying, your insurance is asking us to do this treatment for you. I said, isn’t it the other way around? They refused to provide the treatment covered by my insurance because I declined their suggested treatment. Btw, suggestions are mandatory at this office.
