I would not go back. The office was hard to find because it's attached to an apartment complex. The office and tools seemed outdated. This was my first visit. They took x-rays, but no discussion of those x-rays or my dental history occurred. They did the dental cleaning before the exam, that's never happened before at any other dentist I've gone to visit. My understanding is that they have to check for cavities, etc. before they clean. The doctor asked if I had any discomfort but that was it. He did a quick look and said I was good. I want to go to an office where they seem like they care, not something that's just in and out. I also want to feel like they're actually doing something instead of just going through the motions.

I booked my appt through ZocDoc and was called to move the appt because it was already filled, no problem. My next appt I was called to move again because there was an emergency, again, not a problem. I booked a new appt and waited. I was called numerous times throughout the week before and week of to confirm the appt and asked if I could come in earlier than 5pm. I said no every time because I work full time and 5pm would be the earliest I could come. The morning of my appt I was called at 8:30am and asked if I could come in earlier to which I replied no because I work. At 9:30am I was called AGAIN to confirm my insurance and asked to come in early once again. When I replied no they told me they couldn’t see me because their last appt was at 3pm and they couldn’t wait for me. So yet again, my appt had to be changed. Needless to say, I canceled my appt and will have to look for another dentist. Very upset because I’ve been in pain since I made my first appt, 2 weeks ago.
