Made me wait for over 40 mins, said that my appointment was moved without my knowledge, and something about they had the wrong insurance when I clearly gave them my insurance.

Had about 15 text and emails reminding me of the appointment. I searched the site that accepted Medicare prior to selecting this dentist. I verified I can get 1 facial panoramic facial scan and had my Dr. provide a referral if needed and if there were any problems, I would pay for it. I also have a supplemental plan that verified they would cover 45% .
After the numerous text and emails all week, an extremely rude individual called me at my office the afternoon prior to my appointment demanding I send my insurance information or I could not come. I told him I don't carry that info with me, I was at my office but I verified what I have and was prepared to pay in full if need be. The response was I needed to provide my card(s) or the appointment would not be honored. NEVER WOULD I DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!

I was running 6 minutes behind my appointment. I informed them, they told me to proceed. The moment I turned in to park, I was informed the dentist had left the office. It's very difficult for me to take time off of work. And so not only did I have to leave and lose out on the rest of my work day, I now have to try and repeat this process with a totally different dentist. Won't be making another appointment there

I was checked in quickly and waited maybe 15 minutes before being called. 1 doctor took a bunch of X-rays and another doctor examined my gums while we waited for Dr. Nash. Dr. Nash was great, examined my X-rays and my mouth himself before discussing with me what he evaluated and what that meant moving forward.

unreal! Sat in chair 20 minutes while doctor Nash shared his wonderful experience at hospital when his wife was in labor (speaking to a nurse). Very sweet but he never got around to telling me about what needed to be done in my mouth! He went to get his assistant to write something and did not return. An hour, no doctor! Hygienist said ™ nurse said he did talk to you". He talked but it was NOT about my teeth. When I decided to leave after 90 minute wait, the receptionist, the RECEPTIONIST, went over the proposed bill telling me what needed to be done! Crazy
