Most relevant

The receptionists didn’t know that Zocdoc existed, and didn’t know how to access appointments that people were placing through this service. They did not transfer my appt info from their zocdoc account over to their calendar, and ended up double booking during my time slot. I booked the appt 3 months in advance. I also live a half hour away, so I ended up wasting over an hour out of my day because of their incompetent staff.
