I had a great experience at C Dental with Dr. Caroline Kim. She was honest, thorough, and incredibly patient with me, especially knowing that I have dental anxiety. I went in to get a root canal that I've been needing for months but haven't been able to afford. When I arrived I did not receive the care I expected and needed. Instead she referred me to a snooty, high class endodonist in midtown, and they claimed they had to do a few scans before the procedure (not covered by my insurance). I couldn't afford it ON TOP of the crazy charges for the crown I'd need after from this office... I'm just genuinely baffled by the whole experience. Why would you even accept the appointment if you know you're not doing the root canal? Why not call and warn me??? Why waste my time and take x-rays, deducting even more from my allotted insurance??????? So I did not end up getting the care I needed and I'm still existing with pretty bad tooth pain. I would absolutely not recommend this garbage office, such an annoying waste of time... Like not even a phone call warning me...

My appointment with Dr. Kim was great!
