Waited extra 30min-1hour despite appointment. Was seen by a different doctor than scheduled. Told the desk I’d pay for cleaning and checkup up front. I paid. They only did a checkup and rescheduled me for another week at a different location. Wouldn’t recommend or go back again because I stated I was there for biannual cleaning and checkup. Stated I’d pay for cleaning and checkup. Paid. Then was told they wouldn’t clean my teeth there and rescheduled me for another office. It’s going to be a headache paying again because they’ll say I only paid for a checkup or something at the other location. The receipt doesn’t list services. Just numbers and total.
