About Dr. Cherie (Xiaoying) Gu
Dr. Cherie Gu earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2016.
She became interested in becoming a dentist because her father had poor dental health and no access to treatment. This experience fueled her passion for promoting healthy smiles and her desire to break down barriers that prevent care.
A native of Alabama, Dr. Gu is now happily settled in the Atlanta area with her husband and one-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring foodie options in the city. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Dr. Gu was excellent caregiver! She took the time and explained options for immediate and future dental needs. The X-ray technician was very professional and courteous in my care. I would only suggest and encourage the insurance verification staff to contact patients a day prior to appt (not an hour out as I was informed!); especially if there are any insurance issues. Other than this, I had a great experience and Thank you Dr. Gu!

Dr. Wu was very cool and knowledgeable in taking care of my needs.The staff was very nice, The hygienist are very knowledgeable, and professional...The facility is state of the art, and very clean... Valerie went beyond my expectations to help me get my insurance paperwork done...

It was a good experience. The X-Ray tech and dentist were very nice. My only concern is that I will not the total that my insurance will pay up front because the office will bill after completion of my procedure. I would rather have a guarantee of the amount that the insurance will cover.

Staff was very nice, every staff member did their part. A member even came in & went over my insurace benefits as well as what would be my part due if any. Becuase if the procedure changes while in progress. Which made the visit easy and fast. All my questions were answered.

Very professional, friendly service. My technician was very knowledgeable and this was one of the best cleanings I've had - very thorough - and most importantly pain free!! Definitely going to make this my forever dentist!

New office. Very clean with new equipment. Had a deep cleaning done today for the first time in years and it was pain free without shots.! They used some liquid novacane! William the office manager is very nice.
