Dr. Christopher Chan, a skilled General Dentist, earned his dental degree Cum Laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and advanced residency training from NYU Langone. Dr. Chan combines his expertise with a warm and reassuring approach.
Understanding that dental visits can be a source of stress for many, Dr. Chan takes the time to ensure each patient feels safe, informed and empowered in their care decisions. He is dedicated to fostering a comfortable environment where patients can openly discuss their oral health and treatment options, while working together with him to achieve their dental goals.

Everyone was nice and attentive. I know some people love this place, but it feels like they focus more on the "fluff" (towel for your face, noise-canceling headphones that don’t cancel drilling, lip balm) than the actual cleaning. The front desk over-explained my insurance (even though I owed nothing, so it was just confusing) but when it came to actual care I was left out of the loop. After my x-rays, I waited 30–35 minutes before my cleaning began. I also didn’t get a clear explanation about the health of my teeth, enamel, or gums. I know I grind my teeth, but nothing was mentioned. I overheard the dentist tell the assistant to “keep an eye on X” but nothing was shared with me.
The high reviews are likely for the extras, which honestly I thought was just a lot of unnecessary "fluff", but if you want efficient care where you feel fully informed about your dental health, this may not be the right fit.

Highly recommend Luxe Rx, particularly Dr. Chan, who makes going to the dentist a lot more bearable. He has a very calm energy and seemed genuinely interested in making my experience as easy going and stress free as possible. I actually am not dreading my return here. Will definitely be coming back!
Also, when you arrive they greet you with bottled water and anything else you might need to feel more at ease. Fabi from the front desk was super friendly!

Dr. Chan and Ivan are sharp, highly competent, comprehensive, and offer very good consultation across the board. I was so thrilled with the experience all around. My better half will be switching over to Luxe right away :)

Dr Chan and his team were great. He immediately put me at ease with his warm energy and the clear direct explanation of the care they were providing. You can tell he fosters a fun but professional rapport with his staff, allowing everyone to feel safe and secure. I feel I received excellent care from him and what's more, I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Can't recommend Dr Chan enough.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Chan. My positive experience in his office began from the initial interaction at the check in desk and carried throughout the full visit with his knowledgeable and friendly staff. The office is immaculately clean and has a welcoming, spa-like feel. The xray and digital scan technology anchored by Dr. Chan’s expertise and clear communication left me feeling assured as he completed the exam and we discussed the next steps. I’ll need to return for a crown and I’ll do so knowing I’m in competent and professional hands.

After my dad retired as a dentist, I was reluctant with who my next dentist would be.
Dr. Chan surpassed my expectations and won me over! He really cares about creating a comfortable environment/bedside manner for his patients. He respected my concerns and hesitations, and took his time to explain why one treatment was better than others. He answered all my questions and never pushed or tried to upsell me something I didn’t need.
I’m so happy I found him! I highly recommend Dr Chan!

Dr. Chan has excellent bedside manner, which I found particularly reassuring as someone whose dental hygiene could be a *bit* better. He patiently listened to my concerns, clearly explained his thoughts and treatment recommendations and overall made me feel very comfortable in the chair. I recommend Dr. Chan highly.
