About Dr. Cody Besso

Dr. Besso is a gentle, open, and friendly general and implant dentist serving the Reno-Sparks community. A fifth-generation Nevadan, Dr. Besso takes great pride in caring for the community that his family has been a part of for more than 100 years. After graduating from Reno High School, He then attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Since graduating, Dr. Besso has obtained more than 500 hours of additional training in implantology, oral surgery, prosthetics, and cosmetic dentistry. He is an active member of the dental community, with memberships in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Dental Association, and he serves as a delegate for the Nevada Dental Association. Outside of the office, Dr. Besso is a member of the young leader's committee of the Boys and Girls Club and volunteers with Give Kids a Smile. When he isn’t working you can find him at University of Nevada basketball and Football games, skiing the Sierras, or on the golf course.
