Dont book through third-party as appointments made may or may not be scheduled with the chosen practices. The do seem quiet expensive, availability accessible for same day services. The wait time for new patients was incredible even without a verified appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable explained what was covered, the balance and financial assistance to help pay for whatever the insurance didnt cover. If you can afford the out-of-pocket expenses I would book with them.

I came here to address discoloration between my front teeth for my bi-annual cleaning. The hygienist mainly got the buildup under my gums. There was still visible discoloration after my cleaning and I was able to get additional build up off with my finger when I got home. My teeth didn’t feel polished. Flossing was also skipped entirely. The doctor came in an glanced in my mouth to see if there was any money in there, and I was sent on my way. This experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect, especially with them not using any modern dental equipment.

Dr. Tam was just phenomenal as well as the tech that assisted with X Rays. I felt heard while expressing my concerns and I left the office reassured of my future treatment! I’m not anxious about my next visit at all!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bokhour. She was compassionate and communicated very clearly with me. I was really impressed with the practice as a whole as well. The receptionists were friendly and I was actually seen early!

Amazing experience!!! Alexa was my dental hygienist and she’s the best. Additionally Dr. Bokhour was so kind and came in to talk to me about my cleaning plan. I’m so glad I found a great dentist in BK! Highly recommended!

Office was clean and the technician that cleaned my teeth was friendly and gentle. The dentist was a bit pushy on fillings that other dentists have never mentioned before. Maybe just a difference of opinion but felt a little like they were just trying to add on things that maybe I didn't *need*

Clean and efficient dentist office. Did routine stuff quickly. The main doctor did seem to push an expensive mouth guard at the end for grinding teeth that they also insisted my friend needed too.

The Metropolitan Dental Arts office was so clean, and the staff were by far the friendliest and most communicative dental office I've ever been to. I have a lot of past issues with other dentists I've seen, and this is the first office I've been to where I didn't feel shamed or belittled. I will happily keep going to this dentist for years to come

What a great experience! Wait time was minimal, my doctor was super attentive and took great care to explain everything to me and helped me with my issue right away! The friendliest, most professional staff, brand new, fully equipped office (love the ceiling tvs!) and excellent doctors! I’m actually looking forward to coming back! :D

These guys suck, I showed up to my first appointment and they wanted me to put my credit card on file and sign a document saying that I authorize them to charge my account if I don't give enough notice before cancelling an appointment. I told them that doesn't work for me and if they have a problem, they can just send me a bill and the lady there said that's not how they work and that I have to provide my credit card on file and authorize them to charge it. I told them I was not gonna do that and she said they were gonna charge me xxx dollars for not showing up to the appointment, apparently I'm not allowed to tell you guys how much if not this review will be rejected.
I don't get how they're allowed to charge me for refusing to give them my credit card but hey, they did, before I got home, I got an email from them with a statement. Stay away from this dentist office cause apparently they can charge you for not accepting their policy and not handing your credit card over to them.

I didn’t see the doctor I booked with, which was a bit unsettling. But otherwise, this was hands down the best dental appointment I have had. They saw me right away. The dental hygienist was thorough and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I am not an easy dental patient yet I felt respected from the moment I walked in. In the past at other dental offices, I have felt like I cannot trust the people to only suggest the treatment that is absolutely necessary. This wasn't the case here! I will be sending all my friends your way!
