About Dr. Dara Abusada

Dr. Dara Abusada is a native Houstonian who earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Upon completing dental school, Dr. Abusada was honored with the Myron Sigler International Esthetic Dentistry Award. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. Dr. Abusada also enjoys giving back to the community through events like Texas Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile Day. Beyond her professional involvement, Dr. Abusada maintains her fitness by attending cycling revolution classes at local DEFINE body & mind studios. She loves traveling the world with her husband, Ammar, as often as possible to gain new life experiences and especially values spending her free time with her beloved family and friends.

Going to the dentist has always made me feel so nervous and anxious. I can truly say my experience with the dental assistant and dentist was absolutely great. They could tell I was very anxious going in and really made me feel human and definitely me made feel at ease. Dentist was kind and very patient with me .
