“This was a phenomenal experience. The receptionist exhibited kindness and a radiant personality. Dria greeted us from the moment we walked in and efficiently communicated the possible outcomes of my emergency tooth appointment. Know that the zoc doc paperwork didn’t go through so arrive early if that is the case. I went in, was greeted and put at ease by both doctors, who were willing to treat my root canal that day after my insurance approved it. I was originally only promised the first step of the process, but after a cancellation they were more that happy to finish the temporary crown procedure if I had the time. They were patient and focused on my care alone while working on my teeth, which made me feel better about taking up their time. Overall, I am pleased with this dentist and will be continuing my dental care with their practice going forward. I cannot emphasize enough how great and sympathetic they were to my dentist fears stemming from my lacking oral health, I recommend.”
