I got an email that directed me to an automated system asking me to provide information regarding my medical insurance. I already knew Elegant Dental accepted my insurance, but the Zocdoc app informed me that they did not. I called the office and was told they did indeed accept my insurance, but I cancelled my appointment due to their reliance on the obviously faulty Zocdoc app. I would not refer anyone to any business that uses Zocdoc.

Everyone in the office was super sweet! Especially Michelle, front staff, and Maria, the Dr that did my cleaning, was super sweet as well and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay. I look forward to seeing them on a regular for my teeth.

Office staff was fantastic.. very friendly and pleasant. Dr Wang was very good at listening and had a gentle touch. He answered questions and was very knowledgeable. Gus was excellent at explaining different options and insurance coverage. This is a great practice and I definitely recommend if you are looking for a good doctor and overall experience!

I was really impressed. No wait time. Dr. Wang and the entire staff was so nice. I am not comfortable with dental work, actually, I’m afraid. They eased my fears. Walked me through everything that I needed to get to my standard oral health. Answered all of my questions. Step by step explanation. Empathized with my fears and addressed them. I immediately went home and told my husband about my incredible experience and he had me call to make an appointment for him. We have found our new dental home! I highly, highly recommend!

Today was my first visit and as soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly, I had to choose another dentist because our new insurance didn’t have them in our network so I was very skeptical about finding another but Elegant Dental was really great . They came up with a game plan for my needs and rite away they got started , and Nicole was awesome, very professional and friendly I highly recommend Elegant Dental, Dr Wang was great ,clearly very knowledgeable with his practice along with his staff Thanks !

Positive office friendly staff when greeted & taken back. Dr. Wang make me comfortable & talked me through the entire procedure. I have high stress but the doctor & assistant made me feel calm & let me watch TV while laying in the chair.

Dr. Wang was able to pull up my X-rays on the big screen TV in the OP & was able to educate me on my dental issues. He is very knowledgeable. You can really tell he is passionate about taking care of you. I had no wait time & the office is beautiful.

Dr Wang was able to see me as an emergency walk-in and was able to perform same day treatment, to get me out of pain. I am so thankful for Dr. Wang and his team. They were all so kind and very welcoming. I will be coming back.
