I had concerns and when I expressed them to staff I was made to feel stupid leaving very upset. When you have allergies to certain medications not knowing if a numbing of the mouth will be a problem and asking for alternatives and not giving any if not ok.

I understand that long wait times can happen, and I don’t mind that as much. What I do take issue with is that I requested a cleaning but only received a consultation. I’m aware that I’m a new patient, but if a consultation is required before a cleaning, then schedule both during the same visit—especially if that’s what I requested. The front desk explained this was due to me booking the appointment online, which I find frustrating. If your office chooses to accept appointments through third-party platforms, then your systems should be up-to-date and able to handle bookings properly.

The office is very large like there’s different departments and waiting areas and so much it’s overwhelming when it’s your first time. I felt as if it’s a hit or miss for the people that work at the front desk the first woman I got I couldn’t really hear her and when she would ask me for information I would give it, but then she would tell me she’s not asking for that which was very frustrating. As for my doctor she doesn’t have that great of bedside manners, she didn’t great me when she came into the cubicle, no small talk or trying to get to know me, she did have another patient before me and was doing a filing. After our first meeting she never announced herself after that when she came back, just facts. I waited about 2 hours to be seen just to get an 5 minute exam and told what I need to do when I come back. I was expecting a cleaning on the same day but I wasn’t aware that those were two separate appointments when I booked.
Would I go back? No.
