He had special training at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida, the Misch Implant Institute in Dearborn, Michigan, the Postgraduate School of Dentistry in Clearwater, Ronda and the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry in St. Petersburg, Florida.
