“I’ve been having hot and cold sensitivity in one of my teeth. I was told by my regular dentist that I need a consult. DK Dental is the only place in my town that both accepts my dental insurance and provides endodontic work. When I first arrived, the staff was attentive and professional. It was a bit odd that they asked for my spouse’s social security number (I am on my spouse’s insurance plan). They explained it is to confirm that they are billing the correct person associated with the insurance plan. However, I have not run into that requirement be for with any other medical provider. Despite that, I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Doug. He greeted me by saying “Hello, friend!” He diagnosed my tooth discomfort and assured I am welcome back anytime. He explained the issue well and what my next steps should be. ”
