“This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever ever had , I don’t do well with going to the dentist. I have extreme anxiety, but as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the receptionist who registered me in and within 10 minutes of sitting, I was called into my appointment, which was right on time.. The office is 10 minutes from my home.. I was then taken to x-ray and from there everything was smooth. Everyone was kind made sure I was comfortable. Everyone listened answered any questions. The dental assistance was a sweetheart. The dentist herself was wonderful , the hygienist who did the cleaning was wonderful as well. Everything was smooth going . This was just a phenomenal experience all the way around . Thank you ; thank you . For making this as painless as possible & treating me w/ humanity & kindness .
I have upcoming appointments with them and I’m not afraid to go back. Love that they have two receptionist.. one as you come in the door and one as you leave. Bonus.

Dr. Elida Lica, DDS is a highly motivated and detail-oriented dental professional with over five years of clinical experience, including two years of advanced General Practice Residency (GPR) training at the MetroHealth System. She provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including those with complex medical conditions and special needs. Her clinical expertise spans operative dentistry, surgical extractions, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry—a field she is especially passionate about.

Everyone at Dental Works in Parma were very welcoming and friendly! They explained everything and wanted to know if I had any Questions. They are very keen on making you feel very comfortable, not just from my experience. I saw interactions with other patients and there care team and I could see that they also received great care. I would recommend Dental Works to anyone who would love to have a great Dental Experience and Relationship with their Dentist and Hygienist!
