I went in for my annual cleaning and more specifically because of TMJ and pain management, which is why I specifically picked this provider. While the office and staff were great, this provider was kind of rude and not very interested or proactive about helping me. She maybe checked me for 30 seconds without allowing me to really explain my discomfort, and I walked out exactly the same way I went in. I would appreciate it if she didn't advertise herself as a specialist in an area she's not willing or able to practice, it's not just a waste of time but delays the patient's opportunity to find relief.

The whole experience felt a bit odd. Firstly, the woman who did my x-rays was very rushed and irritated my gums. The dentist spoke to me for less than 5 minutes and said I likely needed a root canal and dental crown (which I hadn't heard from my previous dentist). I only liked the hygienist Cindy, who was great, very careful and communicative.
Afterwards, they brought me to another office with a sales person who walked me through a bill for the "recommended services". I will be getting a second opinion and do not plan to return here.

Terrible experience. I was a new patient and had X-rays taken before my cleaning. Dr. Park came into the room and immediately began reviewing them with very little interaction beforehand. She told me I needed at least two, possibly three root canals, which caused me significant anxiety (I have medical anxiety). When I became overwhelmed, her response felt abrupt and dismissive. She told me I didn’t “have to have any of this done” and that it was “just a recommendation based on what I think is right.”
The treatment plan she presented was extensive, including multiple major procedures (root canals, crowns, inlays, night guard). I left feeling shocked.
I sought a second opinion from another dentist, who took a much more conservative approach. He replaced two fillings and recommended monitoring one tooth that might eventually need a root canal. It was measured and patient-focused (and cheaper!!).
I will not return or recommend Dr. Park.

I recommend checking google reviews for full reviews as ZocDoc reviews are limited in length, but in summary:
- Do they take DMO? Yes but you must list them as your Primary Care Dentist (PCD) with your insurance before your visit.
- Should you go here for a basic cleaning? It gets the job done, but it felt rushed. If you have PPO insurance, I’d go somewhere else.
- Should you do major dental work here? With my personal experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything expensive or urgent.
- Is it “factory-like”? That description in another review matched my experience. The office is stylish but felt fast-paced and busy..

The dentist was great, and the hygienist was great. They told me I was in-network, and my insurance was going to reimburse me directly. They seemed knowledgeable and sincere, so I trusted them despite being skeptical (my kids' dentist gets paid directly from my insurance). Should not have trusted them. Turns out I'm out of network and will only be reimbursed a fraction of the cost. Really disappointed

Absolutely disgusted with this office. Went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled and all ther staff did was try to upsell me other procedures. Not once saying, hey let’s take a look and get that tooth out. They did a cleaning and ok great. They wanted to run me out the door without doing what I came in for.
The gotcha!? Oh the orthodontist isn’t in so I need to go in tomorrow. They better not pull the same crap tomorrow.
I will not recommend this place.

The only helpful people in this clinic were the front desk. The staff who did my scan was in a hurry the whole time and complained for no reason. The doctor was in a hurry too. Did not answer my question clearly before she stormed out. She also tried to get me through very expensive and unnecessary procedures. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend. I went to dentist in Atlanta and then came to New York to get filling. This doctor recommended root canals and porcelain fillings that are thousands of dollars and not covered by insurance. This is after telling me in visit that I could receive regular fillings as certain teeth had minor issues. This dentist as many in New York City just want to bill the insurance high prices and rip people off. Never again. I want to report her and others like her.

Office was quite nice and all of the staff were friendly. X-rays were required during the cleaning because it was a first time visit, which wasn’t indicated but was fine. I didn’t see Dr Park, who my appointment was signed up to be with, but the doctor I did see was friendly. It was a very quick cleaning and exam.

I was told by my provider they didn’t accept my insurance so I cancelled the appointment. They hounded me to come and assured me they would help if I came to the office because they had this issue all the time. I came to the office and was told I would have to call for myself. After the link expired for my forms and I had to have them resent to me. I filled them out and proceeded to call my provider. By the time the provider made the switch which was admittedly ridiculously lengthy. They told me I would not be able to be seen. I would have never came to the appointment if i weren’t promised direct assistance after they called me multiple times after I cancelled the appointment. Though the staff was empathetic, it ultimately meant nothing given their switch up on the promise to directly help me speak to my provider. Had they done it, it would have been smooth and quick while I filled out my forms.
