I was a greatly appreciative of the bedside manner of Fai, Dr. Niles, and the hygienist because of my past (bad) experiences with dentist offices I was uneasy about what to expect but all of that was put to rest once they began my exam. It was refreshing how Dr. Niles listened to my concerns as well as what I was hoping to achieve with my smile and made me have hope that I would be able to be proud of my smile again. I believe I will receive what I am looking for. I will come back to comment as I continue to the treatment portion of my beautiful smile journey. TGBTG”

“The staff were all nice and seemed to be very educated. I went in thinking I was getting a cleaning and instead I was only given a consultation and was rushed to make multiple follow up appointments, but was also told they don’t have any cleaning appointments available for months.
I did schedule an orthodontist wisdom teeth removal consultation. They called ahead of the appointment and said they could have my surgery the next morning with no consultation needed. That made me very skeptical.
The whole thing, while nice and clean, felt like they were trying to rack up a large bill and just wanted to get as many people through the door as possible.”

About Dr. Eric Niles
Dr. Eric Niles, originally from Buffalo, NY, always had an interest in dentistry, but it wasn’t until he shadowed a few dentists during his undergraduate studies that he truly developed a passion for the field. He pursued this passion at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2019. Following his graduation, Dr. Niles further honed his skills by completing a year-long residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Albany Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Niles stays current with advancements in the ever-evolving field of dentistry. He actively participates in Continuing Education courses, focusing on implant placement, restoration, and training at the Pankey Institute. One of his favorite aspects of being a dentist is the opportunity to restore not only his patients’ smiles and relieve their pain but also to boost their confidence in the appearance and functionality of their teeth.
Outside the office, Dr. Niles enjoys hiking and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. He is eager to work with you to understand your smile goals and to provide the highest quality of care possible.

The wait was longer than expected. It took more than an hour to get in a room. I thought scheduling an appointment would avoid the long wait. Busy office. In fairness to them, maybe they’re short staffed but a long wait nonetheless.

Outstanding! Dr. Niles is THE best! He's a clear and highly polished communicator. His dentist chair-side manner is superb by any standard of measure. Everyone in the office are highly professional I every way, especially the receptionist.
The dental hygienist is the best I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in a dental clinic. Tyrone and Q were OUTSTANDING professionals, as well. The overall experience was just OUTSTANDING. I'm delighted with the Team at Sage Dental. Five PLUS stars!

It's too corporate...like fast food dentistry....Would have preferred a little homier feel. I don't think a dentist I met for the first time should recommend removal of wisdom teeth I've had for 40 years on the same day I met him before I got even got a cleaning. AND HE WANTED TO REMOVE THEM TODAY....just cause he happened to be there

Dr Niles actually took the time to explain to my problem, but also showed me via visuals of my teeth what he was explaining. He took his time, seemed very knowledgeable, and had a very pleasant bedside manner.

As a mother with a special needs son I was thankful for the respect and kindness the staff and the dentist showed my son. They directed questions to him instead of me and treated him like the adult he is.
