My visit for routine teeth cleaning was thorough. I will be coming back for my next teeth cleaning in the next six months. It's very convenient that her office is open on Saturdays.

Very kind and empathetic. I avoided the dentist for longer than I care to mention, and had to get an appointment before my insurance expired. The team was extremely accommodating and never made me feel awful for my years of neglect. A great all around staff!

I went in for first appointment, a dental cleaning. Before the hygienist saw me, Dr. Bang-Crooks sat down and went through my x-rays with me. She couldn't locate a crown I had done just a few months before, even with the x-ray. I was okay with it but then I met the hygienist. Who wasn't a hygienist! She told me she was on her first day of duty after 5 weeks at a DENTAL ASSISTING program. She was shaking like a leaf and could not turn on the polisher. Then she didn't feel comfortable getting in my mouth and asked me to polish my own teeth in a circular manner. I couldn't get out fast enough. Nice girl, but not a hygienist or a doctor. Scary.
