My experience at this office was very concerning. I booked an appointment with a specific doctor based on their strong reviews, but the day before my visit, the office changed my arrival time and I was seen by a different provider.
During the appointment, the only services I actually received were an X-ray and a routine cleaning. The dentist provided very little communication and immediately recommended filling three cavities, which did not match the clean report I recently received from my primary dentist of eight years.
The issue became clear when I received my bill. I was charged for multiple procedures that were never performed, including:
A mouth guard
Delivery of chemotherapeutic agents
Periodontal (deep) cleanings
None of these procedures were done during my visit. I have the documentation to support this and will be disputing the charges with my insurance. I strongly recommend that patients carefully review their billing statements after visiting this office.

Came as an emergency and got a root canal the same day with a great-looking crown on the front tooth. Dr. Evelina is a magician. The billing is very easy and transparent, no hidden fees.

The consultation felt rushed and purely transactional. The dentist looked at my teeth for less than a minute, then left and came back with a quote. There was no explanation of what she saw, what my options were, or why the treatment was needed. When I asked about alternatives, she had to go with her manager to "consult what she could do" a few times.
