About Dr. Evelyn Arellano
Dr. Arellano brings more than 20 years in practice to Estero Bay Dental. She has practiced at several Florida dental offices, most recently in Naples. She relocated to Estero and joined our team in 2022. Dr. Arellano’s passion is oral surgery. She has undergone extensive training, been an educator on the topic, and has decades of applied clinical experience with oral surgical procedures.
A particular focus of Dr. Arellano’s practice for more than two decades has been restoring smiles and chewing capacity of patients who are missing all their top or bottom teeth while preserving the remaining bone. To provide her patients with the best possible outcome, she has dedicated a large part of her practice to placing fixed and removable implant-supported dentures with great success.
Patients know Dr. Arellano as a gentle, compassionate dentist with a genuine interest in getting to know and understand them. Dr. Arellano is committed to providing superior dental care that focuses on each patient’s unique needs and goals. When she is your dentist, you have a dentist who truly cares about you as a person.
Dr. Arellano graduated from Central University of Venezuela, School of Dental Medicine. She completed a residency in oral surgery at San Martin University in Bogota, Colombia. Upon moving to Florida, she studied at Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Dr. Arellano also served as Undergraduate Director and instructor at Nova Southeastern University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

I booked my appointment with Evelyn Arellano based on her ratings. She wasn’t even scheduled to be there that day. I saw someone else. That was disappointing. Person I saw was fine and referred me to an Endodontist. Saw the endo same day, had a root canal. That was a Friday Was told to contact Evelyn’s office first thing Monday to schedule final filling for that tooth. Called Evelyn’s office first thing on Monday to schedule filling. Also told them I found out I have dental insurance and gave them the info. Woman on phone told me “if we can verify your insurance, we’ll call you back”. Then hung up. I have no idea why they needed to verify my insurance prior to booking appt. And I don’t know why they wouldn’t call back otherwise. They finally returned my Monday morning call on Friday afternoon. By that time, I had already scheduled the filling elsewhere. They seemed miffed when that was my response.
