He advocates for his patients with honesty, integrity, and compassion. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, running, playing tennis, and skiing. He lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife Sarah Mir who is a Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Mir graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York. He then completed additional training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rutgers University Hospital in New Jersey and Woodhull Medical Center in New York. He went on to complete an Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. He served as the chief resident in his final year and scored in the 95th percentile in the In-service Examination. Dr. Mir is part of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Dental Association.
